About
Fine Fine Line
Kapilas – (filipino) image, Tula (filpino) – poetry.
Pictures, and blurbs in and as poetry. Poetry is so rich in it’s simplicity: it’s the conceit of a subject, a story in still life.
Who Are You?
Mia. Freelance writer, teacher, theatre lackey, geeky-fangirl, armed with a camera. Read about some of her misadventures over at Marcissism.
What are with You?
Metis-tan is a Nikon Coolpix L10. Small but wonderful, my main camera. She’s named after a character in Persona3: FES. Her name literally means “memory”.
Oyaji is a Canon A-1 1960s SLR. His name means “old man”. He is bulky and cumbersome, but so endearing.
Sometimes, when Metis is out of commission and when I really don’t want to mess with Oyaji, I use the family’s Samsung digital camera or the phone camera of my Nokia.
These specs don’t mean too much to me, it’s all in the moment.
